The Retreat

During our retreat time together we will explore avenues of personal growth and discovery. To do this, we have developed a program that focuses on “The 7 Elements of Wholeness”. Each element represents a different aspect of your life and provides a framework for understanding how they interact with each other. When you focus on each of these elements and strive to bring them into balance, you can experience a greater sense of wholeness and wellbeing.

Who Are You


In this workshop, you will be given the space to explore and understand who you are beneath the surface-level roles and labels that you carry in life. This is an opportunity to go deeper into your true self, beyond what is expected of you by society or by other people. Through guided conversations, exercises, and self-reflection, you will gain a greater understanding of who you are at your core and how you can live life more authentically and with greater purpose and meaning.

Beautiful/Suffering State

Training Session

What would you define as your current state of being? During this training session, we will explore both sides of your current emotional state. You will learn how to recognize triggers that can pull you back into a suffering state and train your brain to better manage those triggers. You'll learn how to recognize negative thought patterns and replace them with more positive and productive ones. In addition, you'll practice mindfulness techniques to cultivate a more peaceful and balanced emotional state.

Whether you're a novice or an experienced journaler, this workshop will give you the skills and knowledge you need to make the most out of your journaling practice. You will learn tools and techniques that will help you create meaningful journal entries that will help you gain clarity and insight into your life.

Finally, you will learn how to set yourself up for success by creating a routine and incorporating journaling into your daily life.

Bringing Balance to Our Body Systems

Training Session

This training session is designed to help you find wholeness and balance in your four body systems: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. As part of this journey, it's important to take an honest look at where you are in each of these areas and identify any gaps. Once you've done this, you can create an action plan that will help you bridge those gaps and move forward.

Understanding Limiting Beliefs

Training Session

 Limiting beliefs are those beliefs that limit our ability to think and act freely. They arise from a variety of sources, including our upbringing, our past experiences, and our culture. Through this session, we will explore how these beliefs can affect our lives and will also discuss strategies for identifying and reframing them. By the end of this session, you should have a better understanding of how your own limiting beliefs may be holding you back and what you can do to overcome them.

Personal Core Values 


In this workshop, we will explore the concept of core values. Core values are the beliefs and principles that guide your life and make up the foundation of who you are. We will start by identifying your own core values and will discuss how to define them and why they matter to you as an individual. We will then look at how to use these values to shape your life and make decisions. Finally, we will wrap up with a discussion of how to hold yourself accountable to your core values and create a plan for living in alignment with them. By the end of this workshop, you will have a better understanding of yourself and how you will be able to use your core values to create a life that is meaningful and satisfying.

Discovering Boundaries


Training Session

Boundaries are an important part of any healthy relationship and can often be a solution to protecting your time, space and energy. In this training you will discover what boundaries are and what they are not, understand how they show up in your life, and experience what it feels like to set a boundary with others and with yourself. You will leave knowing how to adhere to your boundaries and how to acknowledge and respect other's boundaries as well.
